How is shipping arranged?

Shipping is not included. Depending on the total volume of the shipping, the destination and the desired shipping time, the most cost effective shipping options will be presented to the customer. Upon selection by the customer, this shipping charge will be added onto the final invoice Our objective is to minimize shipping expenses as much as possible by tapping into a wide range of couriers and shipping modalities.

How to pay?

Can I pay with a Credit/Debit Card?

Yes, debit/credit cards can be used for payment, but a 3% – 4% fee will be added onto the order total.

Missing items?

In the instance that a package arrives with missing items, we will issue you a credit to be applied onto a subsequent order.

Damaged and/or unsellable items?

We only issue refunds for items that leave our facility in an unsellable state (ie expired item, empty and/or partially empty packaging, etc). We do not issue refunds for damages that occur during transit. We will always provide the customer the option to add insurance protection from the courier onto their order. All orders, whether individual parcels or pallets, are always well protected upon shipment in order to prevent any damages. If damages do occur, although a very rare occurrence, it is more often than not due to the negligence of the courier and thus not within our scope of accountability. If you feel poor packaging on our end led to the damaging of an item, please feel free to send us photo evidence and we will try our best to make a fair and just determination.
