Is shipping included?
Shipping is not included because shipping rates vary drastically from zone to zone. In order to compensate for this, we list our items well below MSRP, such that the final price paid by the customer is still better than that of our competition.
Missing or damaged item?
Please contact us with your Order ID, full name and photo evidence of the damaged and/or missing items. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund. Click here to Contact Us
Want to return an item?
If you would like to return an item that is not damaged and/or defective, then the item must be in its unopened state. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Upon receipt of merchandise and proper inspection, a full refund will be issued. Click here to Contact Us
How can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Immediately contact us with your Order ID, full name and a message informing us that you would like to cancel the given order. Once an order is processed and a shipping label is generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Click here to Contact Us
