About Ceci
Baking has always been more than just a hobby for Ceci; it’s a cherished family tradition rooted in her heart. Inspired by her grandmother, she fondly remembers summers in Maracaibo filled with laughter and the sweet aroma of key lime pie, biscuits, and brownies—family recipes that have been passed down through generations. Her mother’s legacy of selling cakes in Venezuela and a sister who shares her passion for baking made it feel like destiny.
For years, Ceci delighted family and friends with her creations, crafting special cakes for her two sons’ birthdays. During the chaos of the pandemic, she turned to baking for comfort, finding solace in the simple act of mixing flour, sugar, and butter. It became her refuge, a way to navigate the challenges of daily life.
As time went on, Ceci felt a growing desire to make a meaningful impact. What started as a small initiative to donate cupcakes for every two boxes sold during lockdown blossomed into something much larger. An overwhelming response from her community encouraged her to expand her menu, leading her to master new treats like pavlovas and embrace culinary challenges.
Now, Ceci is excited to turn her passion into a thriving home bakery, embarking on a journey that brings joy to others through her baking.
